Homework due dates

Due Tuesday 11/30- page 7 & 8 of the first Greece packet (the one you got before thanksgiving break) use textbook pages 113-116. - If you do not have the worksheet answer # 2-5 on page 116.

Due Wednesday 12/1- The entire DBQ packet- scaffolding questions, introduction, box out chart, conclusion.

Due Thursday 12/2- Debate preparation - page 12 of the new packet. This will be explained on Wednesday.

Due Next Tuesday 12/7- DBQ essay complete- printed and shared on google Docs

Due Next Wednesday- 12/8- Photo journal on Greece -TEST DAY

Important Due Dates

• Tests were given back today. Test corrections are due tomorrow. *Follow the instructions to earn points back on the test. Remember that test corrections MUST be on a separate piece of paper. (For every question you got wrong: rewrite the question with the right answer and an explanation for the right answer.)
• Due 12/1: The enire DBQ packet complete: Scaffolding questions, Introduction, Boxing Out Chart.
• Due 12/3: DBQ Greece. You must hand in a printed copy AND share the essay in Google Docs.
• Want a good grade on your DBQ? See us for extra help. NO class time will be devoted to the essay.

1st Greece HW due Tuesday 11/23

In your textbook: Read pag 116=-121 and answer on Pg 121 #1a, b, c, g, 2, 3, 4, 5

Test and Review Info, China Notes!

The test for China has been moved to Thursday of this week. Therefore, the Photo Journals will be due on Thursday as well.

*Reminder--being that there are two photo journals, you need to have TWO pictures with captions. Also, make sure to write in complete sentences!

Blank China Packet/PJ Assignment

Click HERE for a blank copy of the China packet. The Photo Journal (PJ) is also in this packet (pg. 18 & 19).

The Wang Mang pages are posted separately, HERE. If you lost your packet and are printing a new one, be sure to print the Wang Mang handouts and include them with the rest of the packet above.

Photo Journals will be due next Wednesday (a week from today). Begin working on them immediately!

• Due today (was assigned on Friday): Pg. 3 &4 in packet = 'Chines Times'

• All DBQ's were to be shared by Friday. If you have not done so, you are losing 5pts for each day that it is late.

• Period 8 & 9: Grade reports were given on Friday. They must be signed and returned by today (Monday) or Tuesday if you have not done so on Monday.

• DUE ON WEDNESDAY: Pg. 7A--the Assignment at the bottom of the page in your packet on Wang Mang. You must write the letter! Follow directions. HERE is a copy of the Wang Mang Handouts (in the pdf version, the homework is at the top of the third page)

DBQ's Due Tomorrow!

Completed DBQ Essays are due tomorrow.

• Make sure that you have written the essay in Google Docs (unless you were given special permission due to lack of laptops) and that you have SHARED the document with us (hahnlanoce@gmail.com).
• Sharing is one of the most important parts because if you do not share, we cannot see your essay!
• Check your essay tonight to see if we have made any comments. If we have, make sure to fix the errors so that you don't lose points.

Due Tomorrow: Finish outline (a copy of the outline is included with the blank DBQ which is posted below) and write one body paragraph (in Google Docs) for the paragraph that we outlined together in class. ***If you have computer trouble, write the paragraph by hand!

Due Friday: A completely finished DBQ essay.
