Rd. pg. 8-9 in the textbook. Make a PEGS chart for the Hunters and Gatherers of the Paleolithic Age. Chart should be on a separate piece of paper. Create the four boxes and identify the PEGS.

Essay Due Date

Today in the computer lab, students should have completed the rough draft of their summer essay assignment. If not, students should be working on this assignment from home.

Tomorrow, students will share with one classmate and complete a peer-editing assignment.

At the end of class tomorrow, students should have completed their peer-editing and will have be expected to have finished their essay by Friday.

Grading will begin on Friday afternoon.

Summer Essay Assignment

Last night for homework, student were to complete the "boxing out" chart for their summer essay assignment. If you did not finish that, you must complete that tonight.

Today we spent time in the computer lab and will be there both tomorrow and Thursday as well. In the computer lab you should have started a new Google Doc for your essay and have shared it with us.
***If you did not finish with the introduction and first body paragraph, you should work on that tonight. You can access this document by going to the Bell-Merr Homepage, click student email, sign in (same username and password that you use to log into the computers at school), click documents at the top of the page, then click on the document that you began in class and work on it.
